hmm 5 days since i last updated... well i can't exactly remember what happened each day in chronological order... but oh well all i know is Singapore's juz been a food heaven for me... I still have the late nights and the earliest i've been going to bed is at 1am. Been meeting with heaps of people... old church mates, new cell group members... and many more...

I bought a new mobile, Nokia N90... great phone... i can access Microsoft office on it and the camera quality's pretty damn good so i don't have to get another. I can print 5R photos with the camera. Haha yet again i hear voices in my head and i see eyes rolling... "oh michelle and her toys..."

hmm i've been trying to get information on SK-II products for the lovely Sarah Brown. Not having much luck... well not really... i've got the luck but just that my lying skills are so lousy that my brother and sister both think i have to go for a lying course. 'Cos i went up to the lady at the counter and said: "Excuse me, could i have a list of your ingredients in the products 'cos i've got an allergy." She said that she'd check. When she came back, she said that they had run out but if i told her the products i wanted to get, and she could tell me off the top of her head. And i turned red in the face and said: "Um... OK... i'll go back and check with my friend." hahaha i turned away, embarrassed and Marc said she had a funny look on her face. Marc and Mindy couldn't help but burst out laughing... well i told Sarah that it's ok... there are lots of SK-II counters in Singapore and i'll just keep trying to perfect those lines till i get the ingredient list -_- or i could just ask MArc to do it for me!

Last night was a Thanksgiving Cell nite... so Marina prepared her speech of thank yous... Haha aparantly Joy's always exhibited in my life... and my smile... hmmm i see a common thing happening.. Oh we were joking about the fact that i've always been the youngest in the cell group... and at one stage in the zone too... that was 5-6years ago... I'm still the youngest in the cell and we were talking about New Year eve plans... and they said i had to go home early... I procrastinated saying this: "When i was 16, you guys said i had to be 18. Now that i'm 20, U say i have to be 21..." gosh... :P

Hmm ok enuff of ramblings... i'm feeling too hot... the weather still annoys me...
I shall end this entry with pictures from the last few days...

A very very BIG merry christmas to all who read this blog around the world...

Trip back to Singapore's been interesting...
Been sleeping after 3am every nite since being back...
Ok... i hear some of you sighing, rolling your eyes and shaking your heads
Touched down at the airport around 9.15pm on the 23rd... got home, unpacked and met my old time buddies (sucianto, Jian ming and Sam) for supper.. just like the good old days... we met at 12.45am and sat around till 3+ We had.... Fried Carrot Cake (or raddish cake to the Caucasians, don't ask me why asians call it carrot when it's not. N no, it's not sweet... it's savoury...), Fried Oyster Omelete (i've got a habit of eating only the egg, not the oysters), Fried Hokkien Noodle (not the ones u get in Australia...) and a whole Fried Spring chicken with sides of coleslaw and fries... Oh i had 3 rounds of drinks too... Iced tea, Iced horlicks and Iced herbal tea... Just like the good old days... Only thing missing was Fishball noodles... oh well that's ok... i've still got a month...

24th day, got up at 6+am... had breaky, Cousin Bridget came over, played a few games with her and then went to the mall. Marc got a hair cut and we bought lunch for us, grandma and bridget. Mum had to work and in the arvo got a phone call from her that she fell down. Got us all worried.. ah well sje was ok... I then left at 5pm to go to Singapore Expo for service... It was scary taking public transport again after all the driving i've done... then the crowd actually made me feel quite nauseous and dizzy... the drama standard's improved... although very very different to what i'm used to in CCC. Met my new cell group members and they look like nice people... with a couple from New york.. High flyers too... EXECUTIVES from a big firm -_- got home and went out with Cousin Sebastian, his gf, Stanley (Sebastian's friend and also a mutual friend i've met a couple of times n chat with online) We went to Jalan Kayu for prata around 12.30am and sat there till close to 4am too... Stanley was nice and insisted on paying for the meal... We had to squeeze into Sebas' car which is smaller than mine... so i sat on Mindy's lap... hahaha Sebas scares us with his driving.. he went through 3 red lights...

Got home, went to bed and got up at 6am 'cos i was suppose to take Solomon to the catholic Church. It ended up rainin cats and dogs and Solo got lazy.. so i woke up for nothing... oh well.. He now owes me a big one... couldnt go back to sleep so got up had breaky, helped set up the house for the lunch in my house... we had the 5kg Leg ham, 2 turkey breast, 30 lobsters, 5 containers full of abalones, all brought in from perth... Broccoli, mushroom and scallops, fried noodles, fried prawns, prawn rolls, bacon rolls, french cut lamb, lots of Wine, oo i made a cheese platter again... i'm missing Sydney so much that i'm introducing cheese to everyone -_- (Thanx to the Connect group.. :P I miss u guys!) actually there's more food, just can't remember them all... The family n friends started arriving at 12pm and left around 4pm... had about 30 people here... got a call from Sam that they were free so they came over around 4.30pm... Sam, Jamie (sam's gf), Chin Kiat (a gd friend from the past) and Jian ming came... so we continued eating the above mentioned food and had more wine.. we then sat around chatting and watching the dvds of Presence, I showed off the Documentary (just like Pam would), the making of Grace and pictures... they left around 9pm and i'm now here writing this... oh well we've still got like so much food left... and another log cake... we finished 2!

ok i'm getting a little tired... and i need to take another shower 'cos it's stinking humid...
so i think i might leave this entry... and leave u with a photo of all the first-cousins from dad's side...

Backrow: Marc(16, my brother), Andy (20, eldest uncle's son), Gavin (27, eldest aunty's son), Eugene (22, youngest uncle's son and Brother to Keisha), Clovis (16, Second Aunty's son), Gary (30, eldest aunty's son and Brother to Gavin) and Jolin (Gary's wife)
Frontrow: Keisha (11, youngest uncle's daughter), Me (the shortest among the cousins, BUT NOT AMOUNG THE AUNTIES :P), Clarice (18, Second Aunty's daughter and Sister to Clovis) and last but not least, Mindy (13, my sister)

OK... now... why did i bother typing all that age n ranks for? I don't know -_-

Hope everyone's having a great time...

thought today had something worth blogging so here i am...
first of all, we had breakky in Mindarie... near the quay... reminded me of the Spit bridge and Mosman... everyone had Big breakfast and i had raisin toast... which reminded me of the christmas breakfast with the connect group... boy am i missing you guys... grrr... nostalgia... we then went to the Supre Warehouse and i got a top and a pair of shorts... on the way home, realized i had left my phone in the car and i got a missed call from Andrew... i got all nervous and excited at the same time 'cos i said to call immediately there were any updates... so Andrew said that baby boy was born around 12.35pm...
WELCOME TO THE WORLD BABY BOY...
wished i could be there to see him but oh well... pictures will have to do for now... apparantly he's got Andrew's nose... hmm wonder if he's yellow skinned or a little on the darker side like Beth...
Called Pam to let her know the news of the baby... and found out she's just started reading my blog... so

HERE'S A BIG HI TO PAM!!! WELCOME TO MY BLOG...

Came home, had a rest and then went out for golf... here's a few pics...

we went out to the city for dinner at some indian place... and at the pub opposite the restaurant were all the staff from Prendiville Catholic COllege, where marc goes to school... so he felt somewhat embarrased and tried to shy away...
and thanks to MINDY TAN SHU YING... grrr -_- i had to eat onionS!!! i ordered a plain dosai and not the masala dosai 'cos i wanted to shy away from the onions.. i stay clear from them as much as i can. But Mindy had to order an egg dosai 'cos as per normal, she hardly eats anything and is so picky... the egg dosai came out full of eggs, ONIONS (almost raw) and spring onions.... Dad hates spring onions so i kinda sacrificed myself and ate it -_- IT WAS 14 BUCKAROOS.... i said to marc: Gosh, i'm glad i'm not attached, out on a date and eating this... ewwww....

went to Kmart at Lakeside after dinner with the hopes of getting a hair straightener... been wanting one for a while now. Decided to get it 'cos it was on sale @ KMart with about 10bucks off the original price for a vidal sasoon one, just like Kathryn's... but when we got there, it was all sold out... :( oh well... guess i'll just wait for a while more. Might be able to get it for cheaper in SG...

hmm Mindy and MArc's out of the shower... time for me to go... till later...

hmm so... live's been a bit crazy... with the shifting of houses... packing for the trip to perth and singapore... wedding... goodbye dinners/parties... and the news of the almost arrival of the baby on the night of the wedding... all that cooking, pot clangings, cleanings... i think i got a little frazzled... and feeling the effects now... arrived in perth 10am on Sunday... and got back to the house... thought it was the end of cleanin and pot clangings and hospitality for a while BUT NO I WAS WRONG... -_- dad had invited about 30odd people to the house for dinner that night... which meant that it was cleaning, cooking... and everything else that came with inviting people over for dinner... like... someone getting drunk and peeing on the wrong section of the toilet bowl... got my brother really pissed... :/ ok i have to admit that guy was a little wierd from the beginning...

lots of things going ard in my mind lately... but i'll share more when the time's right... :)

but for now i shall leave it here...
just wanted to put in an entry before this blog becomes stagnant...
not that a lot of people read it anyway...
I'm missing the gym...

YUM CHA IN 2HRS TIME... yummo...

I've finally graduated... Ceremony was on 03/12/05 and it was a blast... or should i say a blur to me... i felt like it was surreal... anyway... just got back from signing the lease for the new house... and the weather's really hot outside... will be going back home soon to continue packing...
It's sad to see some people go.. but i tell myself it's ok 'cos they are going to step into a big future that's been awaiting them... no point keeping them back here just for friendships 'cos that will just stop them from reaching their full potential... plus... what's the point of going through all that study and not applying it...
i've been really blessed with all the friendships and everything else that has happened in the last year... or two... or three.. 'cos even though sometimes the going was tough... there were lessons learnt...
i feel really honoured to be given the principal's award... so to those who voted... and to the college... PAm and Jeff... Thank you very much... i was not expecting anything but it was nice to be given that award...
hmm enough said 'cos i'm kinda tired, hot and running out of inspiration...
but i'll leave with a quote from Jeff that i thought is funny... He said this of me... "The person who managed to make going the extra mile an art form..." i'm like... wat the.. hahaha oh well it's all good...
I shall leave you with the pictures...
