Hello my dear readers... Greetings from Singapore...
I got back to Singapore yesterday arvo but was way too weak and sick to update.
Had breakfast on board the plane n I suspect that there was something wrong with the sausage that I had...
About 15mins after breakfast, i fell ill and the air stewardess had to get me medication... it was not a pretty sight... stomach cramps, cold sweat, pale face... nauseous....
I had to drink a cup of yucky stuff and managed to fall asleep on the flight after... Reached the airport at 1.30pm and it didnt take me long to get my bags.
Home doesn't really feel like home anymore.. its wierd.... My room's been taken over... so has my wardrobe... taken over by my younger sister....
Grandmother is starting to show signs of her old age.... she's 77 and turning 78...
I still can't belive i'm here in Singapore.. my body clock is definitely still running on Sydney's time... was up at about 4.30am Singapore time this morning, which is about 7.30am Sydney. it's now 7.15am here... the television's on with nothing to watch and a dvd player that's broken... everyone's still asleep except for my grandmother... Mindy (my younger sister) had 2 friends sleep over and they had just gone to bed when I got up...
I slept through the countdown into the new year... this goes to show i'm growing old too...
I can no longer handle too many late nights.. or sleepless nights...
I hope things went well with the New Year Service in CCC...kinda upset that I had to miss it....
I can't find any painkillers in the pharmacies here that have codine in it for my back and i've run out.... :(
Hmm we've got the extended family coming for lunch and dinner today.... hopefully i won't be too tired and feeling better....
