It was sooo hot yesterday... drove to the city with alice to get some stuff... we were only in the car for 45mins... BUT WE GOT TANLINES FROM OUR SHORTS!!! Horrible sun... had mee pok for lunch... but only ate a few mouthfuls.. took the rest away for marc's lunch. wasn't feeling too well 'cos of the heat and before i left in the morning, i had some yoghurt and a jap ice-cream thingy... the one that's like a small ball? Anywayz came back n juz chilled in front of the tv n dozed off until i got a call from Hayden... went online and marc came back with his friend... His friend thought I was 14... don't know whether or not to feel insulted? WEnt to Alice's place for a swim at 5pm 'cos it was way too hot but the water temperature in her pool was like 34deg... Imagine this, when it was ard 7pm and the temperature was dropping quite rapidly, you could see steam coming out of the pool... learned how to do backrolls in the water yesterday so drank quite a bit of water in the process of learning it... But i did so many i got tired at the end n i thought i was going to dream that i was doing backrolls and backflips... another of dad's collegue picked Alice, Marc n I up from her place and dropped us off so we could have a shower... We then went to McCafe with Alice, dorothy and mike 'cos dad didn't cook last nite as he was too tired... I had 2mouthfuls of marc's fillet-o-fish and 2 of his nuggets and shared a carrotcake with him... we then went to one of my other dad's friend's place 'cos they had hired a boat for a boat dive and they wanted to take a look at the boat. The boat's huge... 225horsepower boat... and they had difficulty towing it with a Discovery... haha
Came back around 10.15pm... and almost immediately fell asleep in front of the tv... washed up and went to bed... Marc said the neighbours were partying all night... but i heard nothing... guess i was too tired...
Got up quite early this mornin and had prata n curry for breakie... den had curry rice for lunch.. AND I FINISHED A WHOLE MANGO... hahah :P suci... can u send some mango tango over pls???? We're going out to the city in 10mins and i'm driving... wonder how dinner will be like... going to this new indian place for thosai...
It's Christie's (Hayden's sister and my new housemate)
first day in Sydney... she'll be sharing the room with Bek and i wonder how things will be like and how bek n christie will feel? Hayden said Bek's cousin kate was ard too.. n she was sleepin in my room... was quite shocked 'cos i heard nothing from the gals about any other visitors just like the same incident with Bek's friend Matt yes he may be a nice guy but i've never seen him or met him and i was not given any warning... but apparantly.. she'll be ard till 16th Feb... 3 days after i get back... Really gonna be a crazy house... I'm glad i'm not ard till the 13... but then again... if i was ard, maybe none of this would have happened...
I dunno why but i suddenly feel violated... guess i'm just not used to pple juz going into my room and using my bed... and all my stuff in my room.... Oh well.. i dunno... maybe i'm juz plain selfish? someone who's reading this... tell me if i'm just selfish or do i have th right to feel this way?
For some reason... I'm feelin like i wanna just stop everythin... go back to SG, in the comfort of a own home... with friends and family ard, no transport problems... Sigh...
Maybe i've gotten so used to the past 11wks with family and friends... i'm not really lookin forward to having spend a yr alone again... and this time could be worse with added responsibilty... Wierd... i've got a ringing in my year... Occupational deafness they call it...
Ok... shall stop here for the time being before i talk myself into more depression and sadness... Going off for dinner!
