bloody idiots... first u charge me $300 for a normal service... then u make things worse and made my car stall and jerk whenever i'm idling at a red light... THEN U PROMISED TO HAVE A MECHANIC ARRIVE AT 2pm today, even gave me a useless "courtesy" call to let me know he is on the way. at 3.30pm he's still not here, i call you back and u bloody tell me that someone called to cancel the job as the car started again and it was because there was no fuel.... THAT IS SO NOT FREAKING TRUE... put me on hold for a whole 5mins... AND NOT EVEN SAY SORRY... grrr

AND THE STUPID SCANNER IS NOT WORKING WHEN I NEED IT TO WORK...
