wahaha not bad for a start in the gym... couldn't really sleep last nite 'cos i was excited... woke up like 5 times? Anyway... didn't know that excercise could made u feel so much more..... energized.... i'm not even tired! I burned about 2cups worth of pasta according to the calorie counter.. hahaha... DISCIPLINE MICHELLE.... Keep this up and u'll reach your goal soon... The gym was abit too crowded for my liking from 6.30am onwards... but not too bad... not as bad as 5.30pm on a weekday... EEeekkk....
anyway... i've juz finished breakfast.... and about to start editing.. gonna hand in my essay one day early... can't be bothered rushing with others tomorrow...
