I am just taking this chance to blog while i'm rendering... it's been a hectic week.
And Yes i think i'm going crazy.... second day in a row i've been at work for more than 15hrs in a day...
Micah has gone off to Africa and i'm left to be in charge of the studio.. Kerry's gone too... and its not too good 'cos at the moment i'm having to deal with a difficult client. Feels like I'm picking up the pieces from a dumpster... wait.. it pretty much is i think...
Some client had their production date brought forward to this friday and did not tell me till Monday, when Micah had left. I was not involved in this production from the beginning so I'm left without any direction in terms of the project. And had to deal with a close to screaming client over the phone because the client reckons I have no idea about what I am doing. Yes i do not have any idea about what i'm doing in terms of this project. NOT IN EVERYTHINg! grrr.... tried explaining nicely but it didn't work...
I asked to speak to him because I wanted to know what he was looking for in terms of the project so that I could pick it up... rather than sit in front of the stupid computer all day... put something together and it's not what he's looking for! For goodness sake just explain to me so that I can help... not put me to your assistant and say: "I am really nervous about her doing the job because she does not seem to know what she is doing. I don't even know why she wanted to speak to me in the first place..."
AND NO COURTESY TO COVER THE MOUTHPIECE SO THAT I WON'T FREAKIN HEAR WHAT HE SAID!

At least his PA isn't too bad... she's more understanding and willing to listen...
seems like she's his PA as well as his graphic designer... I've finally gotten some graphics to work with....
Now... i wanna know, HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU BECOME A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS MAN IF THAT'S HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE!

He's coming in on Friday morning at 8.30am and I'm going to have to smile and be nice.... Note to self: DO NOT STRANGLE HIM....

In other news...
I just went for training in construction induction and have gotten a Green/White card... that will allow me to go into any construction site after taking the Site induction...
Kinda cool.... guess it will come in Handy when i've got to go into the auditorium to get stuff in the week...
Looking at getting the Scissor-lift licence too....
And on Tuesday, my day was so hectic but unbelievable... I shall blog more at a later stage.... rendering's done... so back to work for now...
